Using our easy online template, you answer a series of questions so we can understand your core business requirements. This helps us to accurately scope and plan your unique solution. There is no charge for this activity. This usually takes 2-3 hours.

We take your requirements and create the Solution Scope, including an implementation timeline. From this, we derive implementation costs (always a fixed amount so you can control your costs). We turn this around in a day or two!

Here we assess how to best leverage your legacy data. This step is crucial to a smooth migration. Our data experts can take data in any format (including paper) and make it CareTrax friendly and more importantly, HIPAA and 45 CFR 164 Compliant. This usually takes a day or two.

We prepare the system for go-live, train and orient your staff and provide free support for 30 days to make sure you are stable and getting benefits from CareTrax! Once you are part of the CareTrax family, you get support and can collaborate with other CareTrax customers with our WikiTrax online! Most CareTrax Implementations take less than 5 days from start to finish!
